Between June 24 and August 22, the potential reach of shares made through non-API networks (such as Facebook profiles, WhatsApp, etc.) was recorded correctly but not reflected in the sharing report. We’ve now applied a fix that retroactively added the missing data, so reporting is once again complete and accurate.

Between August 6th and August 13th, we experienced an issue with the Share Scheduler that caused scheduled shares to fail. This issue has now been fully resolved. Any failed shares can be resent by using the “Retry” button in your dashboard.
We have added additional measures to ensure we will get notified within minutes if something like this ever happens again.
