We haven't found the root cause of the problem yet, but we haven't experienced any issues since we restarted our database instance a few hours ago.

We'll keep investigating some more and we'll write a postmortem should we find anything.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update

Something caused our database instance to overload. We rebooted it, and the platform seems to be functional again.

We are still investigating what caused the problem.
