The database used to generate reporting will be upgraded to a newer version.

The newer version will help increase the performance of existing reporting and support the addition of new reports. It will relieve some of the bottlenecks that the data team has experienced with our current version.

The platform should generally remain available during this maintenance window. Some trouble loading reports in the backend may be experienced while the upgrade takes place. There will be a very brief period during the upgrade which may see us dropping some analytics events.
